Hiretual is a tool that Recruiters often use to pull additional information from the web. They have a particularly useful Contacts And Analytics tool that can sometimes "guess" company emails. I've used this to send my resume to managers and bypass the application "black hole." Use caution though, you don't want to pester people!

Unemployment Site for Texas Residents
The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) not only has unemployment services, but career services including the Work In Texas Job Board and Resume database. You can view several organizations job openings here and put in your application.
Monster is an older job board, but a good practice is to update your profile and resume in their system. This way recruiters have your updated information and you'll be set to apply to any jobs you find on the site.
